03. Can I test the map locally?
Yes, you can.
At first, you should extract the contents of the map archive as it is described in this FAQ section. Then, open the folder where the zip archive was extracted to and double-click the locator_start.html file to open it in your browser.
Note that sometimes a local map may not work due to Adobe Flash Player security settings. To solve this you can adjust your security settings as described here.
